- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Our mail carrier is rude, won't get out of the car for my 81 year old mother who just had open heart surgery. She says she does not have to because of our dog, which is a super friendly beagle. She just honks her horn and if my mom does not get out fast enough, she leaves. This has been happening since before Christmas. Living in a small community, it is shocking to see someone so uncaring when everyone else looks out for their neighbor.By Colleen Boitano, March 26, 2017
